"Bad service!"

This surgery operates a triage service-you have to ring in the morning , you get put on a list and a doctor rings you back asap. You explain why you want an appt and the doctor decides if you should come in. Ok fair enough for a 1st time appt. However if you are coming back, even at a doctor's request, you have to go through the whole thing again! Madness!! There is no flexibility given which IS not in the interests of patients at all and is not how the system was meant to operate. One system cannot fit all and patients needs should come first!.
