"Complaint re Argos' telephone service"

I am currently working away from home and, because of this, wished to find out some information re timing of deliveries. However, it would appear that the only telephone contact available is through an automated system, which is fine if you're a stay-at-home housewife who can be available any day of the week for deliveries, but not so helpful for those of us who travel for work or work extended hours and therefore need to plan our deliveries around our availability.

Really, Argos, in this day and age, is it so difficult to have the option of having an actual person take your call in order to be able to ask questions and glean all necessary information? I'm happy to deal with a machine if I know everything I need to know about your service, but sometimes your customers have questions. Please, can you look into this and try to improve your telephone service? It would be greatly appreciated..
