"Jobcentre never answers the phone!"

A review of Jobcentre Plus by Jackbauer written on Monday 16th of April 2012

I am self employed and recently had to stop working to due to an injury. i have no income so have had to apply for employment and support benefits, but the number i have been given, just constantly repeats a stupid old symphony as i have been on hold for the last 30 mins (4th call).
