"Cold and delayed "

Ordered online with an estimate of 45-50 minutes wait which was fine. but ended up waiting well over an hour! Yes it was early hours of morning but there shouldnt be an estimate in that case. The customer service was awful, when phoning to ask, we kept receiving a message that 'it will be a 10 minute wait', which turned into a 20 minute wait. The pizza was cold when received, clearly left on the side waiting. Wedges were disgusting, also cold! We had no 7up delievered which was supposed to be within the order. After speaking to the driver, I was informed 'It is busy and we can make you another one', to which I said not to bother, after waiting well over an hour and half more or much, there is no point, we are left starving. The takeaway agreed to send another pizza for compensation but quite frankly everything was disgusting and therefore will never be ordering from this takeaway again. If you like your food cold and your wedges half cooked then metro pizza is the place for you!.
