"Disgusting skinny latte"

Just bought a skinny latte, jumped on train now so cannot take it back and it is so strong and disgusting!! think they need to learn how to make latte!!! I love costa and always drink their coffee over starbucks but this is the worst ever!!! What's going on Costa??.
