"Complaints management, anonymus"

A review of Southern Housing Group by Malini written on Thursday 15th of August 2013

It is absolutely impossible to locate the name or the telephone no of any complaints managers.

If you just post it to the shg group as suggested, you would be lucky to get an acknowledgement, let alone any action, despite the tenant hand book stating u get a reply within 2 days.

Can we have an explanation please and some names?.
