"Very disappointing"

Have used Bell cars many times and always found them reliable and competitively priced. This time however not so good. Pre booked for Stansted airport trip, no sign 5 mins after due time so I called them, was told they'd be five mins. After another ten mins I rang again and was told they were 0.3 miles away. Eventually cab turned up half hour late. Driver had just been given job. Said there had been complaints recently..new controller apparently. Not good enough Bell cars. Will give you a miss next time...Airports are stressful enough without cab messing you about and getting you there late!
