Not great, they take advantage of trains cancelled to apply unexpected premium fees only advised on arrival. It was not late at night, there was no shortage of cabs or people queuing for the service. How do they justify this greedy move? surely, people choosing to take a cab as opposed to the bus should already beneficial to their business. But the greed got the best of them and los them my custom. Shameful. .
