"Waited over 10 mins for someone to pick up the phone"

A review of The Carphone Warehouse by Not impressed written on Thursday 17th of April 2014

Called lewisham branch on my landline, and was holding for over 10 mins, listening to loud boring, rock music and then the phone went dead. Called back a second time and same thing happened atgain

Not impressed.
