WE NEEDED TO CANCELL OUR FLIGHTS FROM ROME TO LONDON IN SEPTEMBER DUE TO ILLNESS AND UP AND TILL TODAY WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET HOLD OF ALITALIA NOT BY PHONE AND NOT VIA EMAIL EITHER.

THIS IS TERRIBLE NO SERVICE BUT THEY HAVE OUR MONEY

DONT EVER FLY WITH THEM

you can book but not cancel they do not have a cancellation facility they do not have telephones either we want our money back this is rediculous.
