Very unreliable & unhelpful.

Ordered a car well in advance to take myself & husband to Wembley and to be collected again. Car arrived promptly to take us but DID NOT arrive to take us back again!

When I phoned the office the controller was very unhelpful, not bothered about the situation. I was then told the driver had left his phone.

I will never reccommend this cab firm and my business will go else where!!.
