"Left job with leaking roof after taking the money!"

Wayne Blackwell roofing of Hayes replaced my roof (wayne himself did work). Has leaked ever since. Won't return calls, won't come back and repair, won't provide details of any insurance. Have builder witnesses to events. Leave it up to you to decide whether to use or not. Happy for anyone to contact me for more details.
