"Missed connection"

Due to heavy traffic i missed my connecting coach, not the drivers fault traffic awful in london explained what happened at enqury desk and the girls on desk were very helpful the manager gave me a travel permit to get the undergound and train to my destination, no charge to myself which i used with seccess i found all the staff at victoria coach station extremey polite and helpful as were the staff at victoria underground and train station thankyou so much for your help all to enable me to arrive safely xxx.
