"Paperchase online poorest customer service I've had this Christmas"

I've used paperchase online ordering often as I like their products and don't live near a store. I ordered 4 picture frames as a present, the box arrived with a huge dent and tear in it and the contents were poorly packed with no wrapping, the glass in the frames was broken. The courier took them back as I refused delivery. I have emailed Paperchase Customer Service 5 times now and had no reply other than an automated response. Unfortunately they are not treating this customer very well at all..
