"Grubby!"

Waiting area dishevelled and grubby, filthy loo.

Gave up waiting went home after nearly an hour, felt it was waste of time.

The reception had flipchart pages on how to treat customers, training materials.

Asked how long was wait after 45 mins nice young man said 10 mins I was ill hurt and wanted loo so coudnt wait called back to reception by woman who said he couldnt say that as could be emergency. Lo behold was self profilling prophecy. Gave up went home. So sad as I remember it being built with such hope..
