"Good product range. very slack service & attitude"

Firstly, Condor Cycles @ gray's inn road is an impressive shop, good retail space piled with good quality products. BUT, I've been very unimpressed with the attitude of staff, cocky and at times rude. I've ordered a pista, took 5 weeks to arrive and it was in the wrong frame size! HOW MANY SHOPS WOULD GET THIS WRONG? not even Evans! Thats not the end of it, I nearly got over charged! Bottom line is: a great space for cycles and parts, worth a look then try ordering them online from wiggle.co.uk
