"Down the pan - too many clebs!!"

Thumbing through this week's Bella in WH Smith (because I don't waste my money on it any more, they're even printing readers letters admonishing Bella for too much featuring of Victoria Beckham in recent issues.

Apart from people being really (to coin Catherine Tait) 'not that bovvered' about this publicity-seeking faded pop band member, turned WAG - it comes to something when the few silly people actually bothering to waste their money on this much changed and very pale imitation of its former self mag are writing in to complain about the magazine - and the magazine having so few readers left that it needs to fill its pages with something, even if it is a complaint about how bad it's become!

No bella, you lost my custom a long time ago when you dispensed with real people, living real lives, with real problems and real concerns. The shelf life of celebrity is very limited and the loyalty between the reader and the title fickle. There are much better efforts around if people need to read that kind of tosh!

You changed something that didn't need fixing. Perhaps you should have just tinkered instead of making wholesale and and wholly unpopular changes. My message to former Bella readers? BUY BEST!!! It's much more like real life.
