"Memories"
A review of Mute Records Ltd by Tracey-leigh Kent - Friday 22nd of June 2007
Hi,my name is tracey-leigh It may appear that I am a sad has been but beleive me i was a great wanna-be,what i am looking for is, i assure you not to revive my career that never was , but I am now 42yrs of age and would dearly love to have a little memoir ie/ a copy of the recordings I made when given the opportunity to record a few songs by Rod buckle ( If I may add he wasn't to far off discovering the next could have been ha ha!)seriously though i am now living in Spain with 2 kids under my wing whom would love to hear just what stuff i got up to,and truth to be told so would i.We recorded a version of "Don't Go " by Vince clark and Allison Moyet around 1986 and i was married at the time unfortunately when Rod buckle offered a bit of hope and a recording contract it didn't include my husband, inevitably I had to choose and so now after all this time and two divorces down the track living a luvly little life in Spain, I would dearly love to be able to play a little something of what i was doing to my kids, that would be so wonderful,I do realise it might be fruitless as I can't see that recordings from 1986 probably still exist, if you can help me I will be over the moon. kenny Denton produced it, and one of my ownsongs thankyou for your time hope to hear from you soon Tracey-Leigh Band name;Bohemia Rock P.S it was a rock reggae version of "Don't go"
