The Lord Nelson is quite a find, this little estate pub has had quite a face lift, a funky retro style with contemporary art everywhere you look, (check out the Tony Blair picture, fantastic) The menu is very British Ilses and the food is well priced and very good if my liver and bacon is any thing to go by. A wide range of largers and two real ales, London Pride and Green King IPA. The landlord was very friendly and the music was wide ranging at the least. A very happy and relaxed atmosphere, I'll be back. Oh, the toilets were spotless. |
