Dear Sir/Madam,
I am MOHAMMAD BELAYET HOSSAIN (GALIB) and studying my final year of LLB (Hons). As a part of the course structure I am doing a project in Company Law and the topic is “Company Directors’ and their Fiduciary Duties”.
I have made a questionnaire that is designed to find out your views on various matters, which are related to directors’ fiduciary duties and also conflicts of interest which arise or may arise while running the company. Your valuable views or comments would help me to point out the problem areas which we currently have in company law concerning directors’ fiduciary duties and also to make suggested solutions which the government may take into account or follow.
I would greatly appreciate it if you would kindly allow me to come to your office and take the time to answer the questions, if so please let me know your available time or alternatively if you prefer I can send the questionnaire to you with an enclosed envelope. The questionnaire should take no more than 10 minutes of your valuable time.
