This is the first time I have needed assistance with my car. I called my insurance company and they put me through to 'breakdown assistance' - they lady checked my policy cover, after going through security questions the customer service lady said she would call me back to confirm the mechanics' attendance time.

The driver arrived within the hour just like the lady said. He fixed the problem in less than 15mins!!!!
