Hello my name is Simon Edwards, I was looking on the website and I was woundering if I could get some advice on how I can take part and how i can go about playing. I am going to ask a few questions.

I am 24 years old is that too old to take part?

Do I need to have a team of my own to participate?

What size football pitch do we play on?
