"Nice product, poor service"

I recently ordered a number of items, and was aware the delivery time was 4-6 weeks - fine. I called for an update after 5 weeks and was told to expect a call 'next week'. No call. I called a week later. Shipment should arrive 'next week', we'll call you to arrange a delivery date. No call. I called again to arrange the delivery date, and called on the morning of the expected delivery to be told that they had it in the diary for the same day the following week. I told them this was unacceptable. Half of the order was delivered the following day (but not unwrapped or assembled as per promise on purchase). Remainder of the order was due at a specified time (did not arrive). Called to find out what the problem was "van delayed". No excuse for not letting me know. I wouldn't order through these guys again, they seem nice enough but it's not worth the hassle.
