"The great ballon race"

Sorry,but i don´t write a review but i want to ask somebody of you if you know something about the ballon race.my grandfather found such a letter in germany and he would like to know if he can win something or what has happen with this letter..(sorry if ii made a mistake but i´m from germany:-))it would be very friendly when you´ll write me back if you know something about this ballon race and what has happen with that.There were standing the address from this nursury and my grandfather sent the letter back before 28th october 2007...i´m looking forward to an answer!
