"Extremely disappointed and annoyed"

I had last eaten at Toads Mouth Too about 2 years ago and always fondly remembered it as one of the best breakfasts I had had in London.
My partner moved to the area recently so we went for breakfast. He had the full toad (basically a full english). He'd ordered his eggs fried, they arrived hard and fully cooked through with stone cold baked beans. He returned these to the kitchen and was barely offered an apology by the staff. They told him they would re-serve it but by this time I was lat for work so this was not an option. We'd already sat in teh cold outside waiting for them to open and to have this as the outcome was of course very disappointing - and also very annoying.
I am really disappointed. I was looking forward to weekend breakfasts etc but I will never go back. The service was appalling and the quality of the food has gone downhill in a big way.
