"Hounslow CAB doesn't take phone calls."

I recently rang the number given out on Hounslow Citizens Advice Bureau. I was greeted with a recorded message stating that the number does not accept incoming calls. What's the point of having a contact number if you can't be contacted on it? Firstly, it cost me money for nothing and secondly, I now have to go into Hounslow CAB in order to make an appointment to come back on another day! What a shambles..
