"Not Impressed"

A review of Aldersbrook Roofing by Disappointed written on Thursday 15th of November 2007

Like the previous review I had some storm damage fixed, flat roof. They were very prompt and seem genuine as did not push to treat as an emergency call out charge. Was completed promptly a week or so later and not aware of any subsequent problems related to the work. However, getting paperwork from them is like getting blood out of the proverbial stone. Took months to get the invoice for my insurance claim and still awaiting the insurance backed guarantee. Not very impressed and unlikely to use again. .
