A review of Percy Ingle Bakeries Ltd by Michelle written on Friday 23rd of November 2007
A few months back i went into percy ingles and picked a filled ham cucumber and tomatoe roll for £2.20p . however when i went to pay for it i was told that the price was for ham only and the cucumber and tomatoes were 20p extra per slice , bringin the roll to a cost of £3.I refused to pay and left .Then yesterday my 78yr old gran went to another percy ingles and was charged £2.20p for a sausage in a roll served on a paper plate and a paper cup of tea. whilst in a cafe 2 doors away a susage in a roll was £1.10p served on a china plate with a china cup of tea .WHERE are they getting their extrordinary prices from .the loo was out of order and the place was rather dirty so the extra money obviously isnt going on maintainance.
