"What happened to customer service?"

This place used to have a very friendly atmosphere, but is now half empty. Could be something to do with the smoking ban, or maybe their very aggressive attitute to drinking up, which involves berating customers to get out at five past eleven and snatching half-full glasses from the table. If they continue to treat customers like this, I fear Bradleys is not long for this world..
