"Great potential, but lacking character"

This could be a real jewel for the area. An Italian shop-cum-cafe serving excellent coffee and a wide range of food, including richly filled panini and gorgeous pasta bakes.
Unfortunately it lets itself down by neglecting its decor. A recent refurbishment has done nothing to enhance its looks. Metal tables and plastic chairs may be functional but are not a pretty sight.
Hope it will get its act together eventually.
