Dr Jenkins is a nice chap not at all arrogant and I find him very sympathetic and competent.
I have had tests done in Hammersmith hospital where it was a bit of a mess: staff ignoring me because on tea-break and a blaring TV with nobody watching which I had to shout over.
I think many medical staff are just jaded with patients whose lifestyle creates issues: obesity, alcoholism, smoking and the like. The obese self destructive British working class are a pain frankly and medical staff often look as cheesed off as Spanish shop keepers in tourist parts of Spain and Greece with their antics.
