"Good and then terribly bad"
A review of Ye Old Cherry Tree by Miss Garrido - Saturday 23rd of February 2008
We have been regular customers for over two years now and I have always enjoy having a drink and a meal, nice atmosphere, nice people...unfortunatly the last few times we have been the experience has not been good. The service and even the food it has not been up to its normal standards. The service is slow, the food (specials which are more expensive and cooked to order) burnt or almost burnt which impairs the flavour...and our last visit...what an unpleasant experience...we waited and waited for the food, the kitchen did not get the order(apparently) and when it finally came it was just one service when it should have been two...we decided to cancel the food...staff were not very helpful and given the circunstances unreasonable even though we came to an agreement at the end we shouldn't have had to go through the whole unpleasant discussion!!!
