"Lovely food, poor service"

We were told to choose a table and were left there with no menus or drinks. When the waitress deigned to venture to our corner we were served by an obvious charm-school drop out.

When we reminded the waitress of our side order we were spoken to as if we were impatient school children. The heater was switched off without our being asked if we were comfortable.

The food has maintained it's very good standard, shame the staff haven't.
