I have been a customer of Phoebes in Penerley Rd. S.E.6 for a great number of years but recently, through being disabled and mostly home-bound, I have telephoned in my order and had it delivered for a small fee. Very helpful.

The questions that I've asked have always been answered in a helpful and knowledgeable manner and I've never felt rushed by any of the staff. There is a tiny niggle I have when I've visited the store in that, whilst perusing the many plants outside, there is no easy way of getting assistence, but my loud voice usually works wonders!

For people new, old and just starting out, a visit to Phoebes is a joy, but please make sure that you have enough money available, lots of time to spare and that your family know where you've gone before you're reported as missing!! .
