Just a word to squeeze in :)
I used to work part-time for HH in 1998 and 2002 and must say that at the time I was with the company the most trouble I experienced was with actual clients who were rude to cleaners, were deliberately leaving money around to check us for stealing, were giving us jobs that were out of our duties or threw us out of their house saying that they hadn't expected us (this I understood was actually Fraz's mistake by constantly changing the teams)
obviously I have no idea how the company is being run nowadays, but from the insider's point of view this is a 3-way job and all clients - management - cleaners should liaise with one another to avoid would be misunderstandings
P.S. Lots of spelling mistakes in most reviews folks :(
