"Pardon me for needing to see a doctor!"

A review of The Earlsfield Practice by Anon written on Tuesday 8th of April 2008

I was informed that the receptionist couldn't find out what the available time slots were unless she went into each doctor's diary individually and that was a 'hassle'. If I spoke to any of my clients on the phone like that - I'd be sacked. I hung up feeling guilty for needing to see a doctor and having a job which means I can't drop everything for a 2pm appt. .
