"Sunday School teacher grandparents"

My mother used to say that her parents had been Sunday School teachers at Shoreditch tabernacle. This would have been in the 1880's or the 1890's as by the time my mother was born in 1902 the family had moved out to Leyton, which in those days was, I believe, quite rural!
They were married in St Thomas' Church, Bethnal Green on the 7th August 1882. Grandma had been living with her parents and family in St John's Terrace, Hackney Road and Granddad at 4 Union St, Kingsland Rd. Their names were Henry Joshua Stroud and Martha Caroline Stroud. Do you have any records going back as far as that?
