I stumbled upon Shamrat and have had all my exacting curry needs met ever since. Ignore the lack of fellow diners and dubious art on the wall when it comes to curry, it's fantastic. It's not the normal medium spicy slop dished out in other curry houses trying to cater for the western taste buds. All the curries taste different and are delicious. It's also really reasonably priced.
