"Delightful neighbourhood restaurant"

Brula is a wonderful French restaurant hidden away in St. Margarets, I have been taken by my husband twice now and both times we had a brilliant experience. The food is simply executed but well thought out, with each component of the dish not drowning out the rest but complementing it; the way it should be. It is nice to see that real good food is still available at a decent price without having to endure a foam/froth/emulsion to reinforce the fact that the chef actually is talented. The staff are helpful and polite; a genuinely fantastic restaurant.
