I agree wholeheartedly with the other reviewers that the shop staff are normally very polite and helpful and the range of products is good.

But on one or two occasions when I've had to return faulty items, the manager / owner has been very agressive and accusatory. It has put me off shopping there for all but the items I can't get elsewhere.
