After my Aqualisa concealed shower broke I took all the bits to PPS expecting to pay £250 for a replacement. After Sid and Nick had a good look at the parts, Nick spent a good half an hour taking a screwdriver and hammer to the cassette in order to dismantle it. The fault was diagnosed and a new cassette duly provided for £65.
This was friendly service over and above what I expected. Sid and Nick were excellent and were determined to get to the bottom of the problem. Rather than send me away with an expensive new shower they spent time and considerable effort to fix the problem.
Thanks guys, especially Nick who just would not be defeated. A class act!
