"Reasonable work but totally unreliable"

Commissioned Eaton Carpentry for sash windows in 08. Dissatisfied workers told the whole story, really. And I should have realised at that stage it was going to turn into a bit of a nightmare.

In general, the job was done reasonably. However, the delay in getting work started was unacceptable. The excuses increasingly embarrassing.
