If like me you are a woman driver with no knowledge of car electrics, and are fearful of being ripped off by unscrupulous mechanics then please give Junior at Finsbury Car Audio a call. I recently had problems with my VW polo - the windows were not working. After many hours investigating the problem a part was ordered, and the problem fixed. When I collected my car, I received a bill for 'parts-only', labour was free!!
I can't promise that this is a company policy, but I was completely astounded and pleased that I only had to pay for the window motor and not the many hours of work that the mechanics had invested. Thanks Junior, I'll definitely be back (problems permitting), and am happy to recommend you to all.
