"Lunchtime buffet"

A friend and I visit this place about once a month. The buffet starts at 12.15 and its eat all you like for £6.99 at present (July 2008). There is much competition in Brick Lane for lunches but this buffet idea is surprisingly not that popular. So, places like CN Express are crowded and the £9.99 for 3 course places, one of which is rice, are not. Do the maths!

All good stuff, nicely presented, and they also provide a free "gift" of some sort of pancake on a plate. Really friendly, quick to explain the dishes, and generally a really enjoyable hour and a bit.
