I rang them just now and the phone was dead! It didn't even ring! I thought i might have dialled incorrectly, and tried again, but no...it was the correct number but for some reason or other, on a weekday, mid afternoon, i couldn't get through to them. This is so pathetic! What is the point of claiming to provide a service, when the number given is not even working?!
