We had problems trading from China, and the ppl at pacific foods helped us a lot with the communication to the manufacturer in China. I guess it helps with them speaking Chinese, and they were very helpful in translating any documents that came direct from the manufacturer.

All in all, they really helped get our business going and we still use their service til this day.
