Looks great from the outside, but service at this pub is the worst I've ever experienced. All food orders were mixed up and took over an hour. The manageress was no where to be seen, and when we asked to speak to her she sent one of the bar staff (who didn't have the authority to squash an ant) to deal with the problem. All in all a terrible experience..
