I'm not happy at all about your services... because i have been waiting for a package coming from Portugal and arrived at your office in the 10/09/2008 at 11.58 a.m. and I'm still waiting... i live in Scotland and had time to arrive... my mother send me another package a week later and i already got it. i can see by records online the package didn't left yet... my son is crying because he hadn't received the present from his grandmother, and is all your fault. i want to know where is my package... if i don't have a replay from you to let me know where is it, i will report it to the police that i had been stolen... sincerely...
