I had some wonderful years at Harefield playing with some of the villagers finest cricketeers ever known. The likes of Tom Evans Richard Wiles Roland Coubrough Phil Evans John Wells not forgetting some of the back up team ,the likes of Stalky Eggy Joby youngsters like Chopper, Timber, Custer and Andy Charity plus other stalwarts like Tom Simmonds John Branch Jim Mcmahon Cyril Kempster Frank Foster Ron Toovey and Ron Owen Alan Caldwell Plus Ted,Ken,Allen and Brian Petley also the Williams brothers Derek,Mick and Robert.Iapologise for any one that I have Missed
