Starter
- Parsnip & apple soup served with apple crisps- Chicken liver parfait with apple jelly and melba toast
- Smoked salmon terrine with chive potato salad
- Grilled goats cheese & cranberry tart with a tomato & black olive tapenade
- Trio of melon with an orange & watercress salad
- Carpaccio of venison with chestnut & pickled red cabbage

Main Course
- Roast turkey served with a chestnut & cranberry stuffing and traditional accompaniments- Slow braised lamb shank with a parsley mash, borlotti beans, button onions & served in a chianti sauce
- Breast of chicken stuffed with a thyme and wild mushroom farce served with dauphinise potatoes and French beans
- Roasted salmon served on a bed of puy lentils, new potatoes with a caper beurre blanc sauce
- Pan roasted breast of duck with wilted greens, chateau potatoes and plum compot
- Baked fillet of sea bass with ratatouille & parmentier potatoes
- Lasagne of spinach, roasted tomatoes & asparagus with a stilton sauce
- Ratatouille and mozzarella strudel with parmesan and pecan nuts served with tomato & basil sauce
